We offer a wide range of chocolates, including seasonal bonbon collections, chocolate bars, truffles, celebratory chocolates, and special occasion treats. We also create limited-edition collections throughout the year.

You can place an order directly through our website. Simply browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept various payment methods, which will be displayed at checkout.

 

4. Do you offer customization or personalized chocolates?

5. What is your shipping policy? 

We ship our products within the UK using DPD Uk. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. We aim to dispatch orders within 4 working days.

 

6. Can I return or exchange my chocolates? 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as receiving damaged goods or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

 

7. How should I store my chocolates? 

To maintain the quality and freshness of your chocolates, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odors, or straight in the fridge. The ideal temperature for storing chocolates is between 15-18°C (59-65°F).

Our chocolates may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy. Please refer to the ingredient list on each product page for specific allergen information. If you have severe allergies, we recommend contacting us before placing an order.
