My passion for chocolate started just a year ago, after I had a career turn and from the main kitchen passed to pastry.
I completely fell in love with the process of making chocolate delights the old way, from the tempering on marble table to hand painting them. So one day I said to myself why not bring this to everyone?! One of my biggest dream was always to create something for my self and for others, and this was just the perfect fit.
